Film Baskılar İçin Sedef Pigmentler

Film baskı ile sadece folyo, karton ya da kağıda değil, ayrıca tekstil ve daha birçok farklı malzemeye baskı yapmak mümkündür. Genellikle tüm efekt pigmentleri film baskı için uygundur. Maksimum efekt elde etmek için bazı ipuçlarını dikkate almalısınız. Film kaplamada her pigmentin partikül boyutuna uygun filmi seçmek özellikle önemlidir

Screen Printing

All of Merck’s effect pigments are suitable for use in screen printing. Not only do they develop their silk-like shimmer or glitter impressions on fine foils, cards and papers, but also on textiles and many other materials.

Adapting the mesh size to the particle size
To achieve optimum results, the screen used and the effect pigment selected must be adapted to each other. Rule of thumb: the mesh size of the screen must be at least 1.5 to 2 times larger than the largest effect pigment particle being used. This means, for example, that a screen with a mesh size of 90 to 120 μm should be used for Iriodin® 100 Silver Pearl with a particle size of 10 to 60 μm.

When using Merck effect pigments in screen printing, a blade material with 60° to 70° shore hardness has proved successful.
